When will my order ship?
Most products are made-to-order. It usually takes 1-3 days to process the order before it is shipped. Custom orders (IE special shirt colors or designs) usually take 1-2 weeks to ship out.

Defective items will gladly be replaced with a new item. If the fabric or item is no longer available, you may choose from another design or receive a refund (shipping not included). Proof of defect/damage may be requested in the form of a video or picture.

Defective conditions include, but are not limited to: holes, popped seams, stains, crooked or peeling designs, broken zippers, etc.
